Joseph L. Boscia, Jr.
PARTNER
Joseph graduated from Brookdale in 2008 with his Associate's and then graduated Indiana University in 2012 with his Bachelor’s. Joseph began his accounting career at Boscia & Boscia PC accounting firm in September 2009. In 2012 Joseph passed the Registered Tax Return Preparer Exam, to be a Licensed Tax Return Preparer. Then in 2014 he passed his Life Insurance Exam, to be a Licensed Insurance Representative. In 2015 Joseph was Sworn in by the State of New Jersey to be a Notary Public. Outside of work, Joseph is an automobile enthusiast who participates in Racing Events in the Tri-State area.

Meet Nick Boscia, an exceptional individual whose relentless determination to learn and grow year over year has paved the way for exponential success and happiness in both his personal and business life. Nick's journey in the field of accounting began at Penn State in 2012, where he graduated top of his class with both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting, setting a strong academic foundation early in his career.
Starting his accounting career at PwC, one of the prestigious Big Four accounting firms, Nick's passion and commitment to excellence earned him his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license, establishing him as a certified accounting professional. In 2013, he joined Boscia & Boscia PC accounting firm, where he continued to develop his tax expertise. His vision and dedication quickly gained recognition and trust among peers and clients.
However, Nick's pursuit of knowledge did not end with his CPA license. In 2017, he demonstrated his unwavering commitment to professional development by obtaining the prestigious Enrolled Agent (EA) license after passing the IRS Special Enrollment Examination. Armed with this additional qualification, he became an expert in guiding clients through complex tax matters, further enhancing his capabilities in the accounting domain.
But Nick's desire to grow and make a difference extended beyond his daily work. Since 2018, he actively participates in ADP's Accountant advisory board, with some of the brightest minds in the industry showcasing his influence and dedication to advancing the accounting community. Recognizing the ever-evolving landscape of accounting, Nick became a advocate for integrating technology to boost efficiency and foster growth in his firm. By implementing cutting-edge solutions such as cloud-based accounting tools, automated software, and other efficiency-driven advancements, Boscia & Boscia experienced remarkable growth.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Nick also placed significant value on personal growth and fulfillment. Inspired by renowned life coach Tony Robbins, he designed a life that allowed him to make a positive impact and help others. Nick is eager to share tools, experiences, and strategies he has learned over his career to help others achieve their goals. Balancing work-success with happiness, Nick found immense fulfillment in both his career and personal life.
Outside of the accounting world, Nick's insatiable curiosity led him to become an avid world traveler, embracing opportunities to explore and immerse himself in diverse cultures. By age 34, Nick has traveled to 24 countries & 5 continents with a goal of reaching 100 countries before age 55. This pursuit of continuous learning and embracing new experiences became an attribute of his remarkable journey.
With an unwavering focus on embracing technology and driving growth, Nick's leadership catapulted his accounting firm to new heights.
